Cancellation policy will be enforced

Hair and beard services must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, if cancelled within 24 hours you will be charged half of the service amount. 

 

If you do not cancel and do not show up at your appointment time you will be considered a "no-show" and charged the full service amount. Color services must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance and may require a deposit.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and I do not feel I can complete your service without running into someone else's time, you will be offered a clean-up around the hairline and charged half the amount of the booked service.
